Hi,
This is the power clean I give to my instrument, actually my flow rates are higher, but it certainly ensures it is clean.
BE CAREFUL, though I have done it everyday for 3 years to my instrument and its fine, it is a bit more risky than the normal cleans.
But my logic is a dirty instrument that works, is a useless bit of expensive kit... I've seen people get great data from dirty instruments, it's a shame what they were investigating was the dirt from the last experiment....
Although it is for a Analight 4D, you can do the same clean on a Bio-200 tooo, actually its easier on a Bio-200
